Graphic Calculator as a Teaching, Problem-Solving & Project Tool

Abstract

This is a tutorial workshop where participants will be led through a series of hands-on activities with the Graphic Calculator. Examples based on the Singapore Secondary School Mathematics Curriculum will be drawn to illustrate the use of the calculator as a interesting Tool for the teachers. It will aid them in teaching mathematical concepts and in helping their pupils to solve problems. In addition the Graphic Calculator can be seen as a mobile, ease to use tool in their project work.
