Bringing Real World Statistical Practice into the Classroom with a Graphics Calculator

Abstract

In this hands-on graphics calaculator workshop it will be demonstrated how the TI-83 plus graphics calculator can be used to bring real world statistical practice into the everyday statistics classroom and change, fundamentally and for the better, the way that statistics is taught and learnt in our schools.
