Registration and Exhibition

The ATCM 2024 will be a hybrid conference

• For the virtual presentations, you could present it live or recorded. It depends on your preference and your time zone.

Important Notice: If you are participating in-person, please pay the in-person registration rate.

Part 1

• Once your paper is accepted for publication or your abstract is accepted for a presentation at the conference, you agree to pay ATCM 2024 registration fee.

Part 2

For credit card charges, it is necessary to enter your Postal Code or ZIP CODE. If your credit card issuers are from outside USA, please use 00000 for your Postal Code or ZIP CODE. In the event that your credit card payment cannot be processed, you will use the wire transfer instead. Instructions of making a wire transfer

• Step 1. Please fill and print a copy of the online registration form.
• Step 2. Use the following wiring instructions: Be sure to pay the transaction fees imposed by your bank. In other words, the amount that you send out should be the correct registration fees + transaction fees imposed by your bank before sending your wire.

• Early Bird in-person Registration Fee ON or BEFORE October 1, 2024 US$380* (Time clock is based on the US Eastern Time Zone-GMT-5.)

• Early Bird virtual registration fee for Abstracts ONLY or Full papers presenters BEFORE October 1, 2024 US$ 150*

• Early Bird virtual registration fee for regular non-presenters BEFORE October 1, 2024 US$ 80*

• If you select to pay onsite, the registration fees will be automatically at US$410 regardless if you register before October 1.
• Students currently enrolled will be charged at a flat registration fee of US$350. Valid student ID or confirmation letter will be required at the registration desk at the conference.
• Each accompanying person (spouse and non-mathematician) will be charged at a discounted rate of US$220 . The person is entitled to attend ALL conference sessions including conference reception, tea breaks, and conference dinner.

Additional information about your registration:

• ATCM 2024 will provide two tea breaks, morning and afternoon respectively, for December 8, 9 and 10. There is a morning tea break on December 11.
• ATCM 2024 will provide a conference reception on the night of December 7.
• ATCM 2023 will provide a conference dinner on December 8.

Exhibition Opportunities

ATCM 2024 will provide exhibition spaces and sponsorship items during the period of the conference for software, hardware, calculator companies, and book publishers to display their latest products or publications in the field of mathematical sciences.
