    Tour on December 21-after closing ceremony-free of charge for paid participants

  • Option 1: A tour of KL Twin Tower and the Malaysian handicraft center KL Twin Tower is the icon of Malaysia and is currently the tallest twin tower in the world. It is one of architecture wonders in the world. There is a shopping complex in the annex building where participants can choose among the branded goods, the affordable goods, the antiques and the typical Malaysian souvenirs. There is a Malaysian handicraft center nearby where we can look at the native handicraft and perhaps bring a few items back as souvenirs.
  • Option 2: A tour of Putrajaya and an elite school in Putrajaya Putrajaya is the administration capital of Malaysia. It houses the office of the Prime Ministers and most of his cabinet members. The participants will also be brought to an elite school in Putrajaya. They can see how technology is being used to enhance the teaching and learning of Mathematics in the school.

  • About SIM Cards in Malaysia

  • There are four major TELCO companies providing prepaid mobilephone line service; they are Maxis Hotlink, Celcom (Xpax), Digi and Umobile. The prepaid Simcard can be purchased at the service centres or authorised dealers for the above mentioned TELCO, as low as RM8.00 (approx USD2.50) with a minimum preloaded airtime of RM5. Top up ticket (or easy top up or e-voucher) is available at all TELCO centres, dealers, departmental stores (like TESCO), 7-11 convenience stores and most of the petrol stations.
