Call for Contributions of the 28th Asian Technology Conference in Mathematics, Dear Colleague, Greetings! We cordially invite you to contribute in hybrid modes to the internationally well-regarded conference in mathematics and technology—the 28th Asian Technology Conference in Mathematics (ATCM 2023) (https://atcm.mathandtech.org/)—to be held at the Nongnooch Pattaya Garden & Resort, Pattaya, Thailand (https://www.nongnoochresortpattaya.com/resort/). The ATCM was first held in Singapore in 1995, and it has been an annual international conference attended by participants from around the world. This is the second time ATCM is to be held at the Nongnooch Pattaya Garden & Resort, Pattaya, Thailand, since ATCM 2016. Thanks to all the enthusiasts of ATCM over the years, we are proud to say that our self-supported conference has been able to publish all the electronic proceedings since its inception in 1995. We are confident that this will be another instructive and enjoyable conference. We are pleased to report that the 27th ATCM in hybrid mode was a great success. We had about 70 international participants representing 22 countries at this ATCM 2022 (40 of whom were in-person and 30 were virtual). This was the first time we held a face-to-face meeting since ATCM 2019 due to COVID-19. We are very thankful to the hosting university, the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU), for hosting the ATCM for the first time in Europe. We had a special session, presented virtually from Madrid, Spain, on December 12, 2022. We are pleased to report that the Electronic Proceedings of ATCM 2022 are available at this URL: https://atcm.mathandtech.org/EP2022/. Most of the lectures were recorded at this URL: https://atcm.mathandtech.org/EP2022/program.html. The theme for ATCM 2023 is "Creative, Innovative, and Computational Thinking in Mathematics Through Technology." The evolution of technological tools has influenced our teaching, learning, and doing of mathematics and its related fields. We warmly invite you to share your experiences of using technology in your classrooms or in your research at the conference, either in person or virtually We look forward to seeing many new faces and many old friends at ATCM 2023. If you have wonderful ideas for making mathematics fun, accessible, challenging, and theoretical, ATCM 2023 is for you. We thank many of you who have joined this annual international conference year after year, without your participation and contributions over the years, ATCMs would have never lasted this long. Please mark your calendar to prepare your abstract and full paper early for ATCM 2023. All submissions should be done through an online peer-review system at http://conferencereview.com. Please mark your calendar and note the following: The deadline for Abstract Submission is June 30, 2023. The deadline for Full Paper Submission is July 31, 2023. Our conference proceedings are indexed by Scopus. ATCM 2023 refereed papers will be invited for publication in the free, open-access Electronic Journal of Mathematics and Technology (eJMT) (https://php.radford.edu/ejmt/). Furthermore, selected publications from the eJMT will be published in the hard copy Research Journal of Mathematics and Technology (RJMT) (http://rjmt.mathandtech.org). It would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly spread the news of ATCM 2023. If you have questions regarding the scientific programs of ATCM 2023, please contact Professor Wei-Chi Yang at wyang@radford.edu. Please contact the chair of LOC, Dr. Krongthong Khairiree, at drkrongthong@gmail.com if you have questions regarding the local issues of the conference.
