Abstract
This is a workshop involving the participants' hands-on with the CASIO CFX-9850GBPlus graphics calculator. Participants will be led through a series of activities exploring the characteristics of families of curves - straight line, quadratic, exponential, trigonometric etc. The significance of the dynamic features of this calculator and its ease of use in the learning and teaching process will be discussed. This will be drawn from the Singapore experience.
