Paul C. Abbott
Paul Abbott received his Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Western Australia in 1987. Abbott worked for Wolfram Research (the developers of Mathematica) for three years as a member of the Applications department. He has been an Editor of The Mathematica Journal since its inception in 1990. In 1992, Abbott was appointed to the staff of the Department of Physics at the University of Western Australia and does research in the areas of theoretical and computational physics. Abbott is finishing up a book entitled The Ins and Outs of Mathematica (TELOS/Springer-Verlag, 1997). |
