Abstract
The Geometer's Sketchpad Version 4 has powerful algebraic capabilities that make it more useful than ever as a general purpose mathematical modeling environment. This tutorial session will focus on ways to use Sketchpad to teach algebraic concepts including algebra tiles, parametric plotting, sliders for showing families of functions, and dynagraphs.
