Abstract
In this paper, a finite difference method are employed to solve a one dimensional inverse heat conduction problem (IHCP). Inverse heat conduction problems are ill posed problems. A surface flux history may be estimated form discrete method temperature. Using an inverse technique. The solution of inverse heat conduction problem is obtained by using this inverse technique with applying the Chebyshev set.
