In this workshop we will work
together on a beautiful geometry
problem.
Our progress in understanding the problem will be helped by
the use of
interactive geometry software (the Casio ClassPad 300
Plus in this
case). The problem is suitable for investigation by
students
in upper high school or first year of university. The
workshop
leader will conclude by arguing that the reason for sharing
problems
with students is about ''much more'' than just being able
to write a
proof. You will experience the ''much more''.
