Abstract
The use of technology in teaching and learning mathematics in the last decade substantially influenced teaching and learning mathematics, both its content and practice at undergraduate level. In this paper we will present the main features of this influence both in face-to-face and distance teaching. In particular, we will discuss how various mathematical software and some of the internet resources have affected teaching and learning in some of the Australian, British and American universities.
