Early Bird Registration Fee ON or BEFORE   |    October 15, 2007 US$ 250*

* Students currently enrolled will be charged at a flat registration fee of US$180. Valid student ID or confirmation letter will be required at the registration desk at the conference.

Registration Fee AFTER   |    October 15, 2007 US$ 280*

NOTE 1 : Hotel Reservation

Official Hotel for ATCM 2007- Sunworld Dynasty-Taipei . Limited number of rooms at discounted rates are reserved for ATCM 2007 participants (You may arrive earler or depart later for a discounted rate). You need to fax this form directly to the hotel to make reservation.

NOTE 2 : Accompanying Person

The fees for each accompanying person (non-mathematician) is US$120. This entitles the person to attend the reception, tea breaks, and the conference dinner.

PLEASE provide all the information requested below. This form is for online registration. When completed, please print a copy of this page for your record, then use the "Send" button. We will ONLY notify you when your registration fees have been successfully processed. If you see an 'Error' on the Online Registration Form or you wish to register by U.S. mail, please use our Printable Registration form instead (You can print and fax a copy to the US if the Online Registration Form is not working).
