Creating eActivity Using ClassPad Manager 3.0

Abstract

ClassPad Manager is a powerful computer software by Casio that emulates its hand-held counterpart, ClassPad 300. Classpad Manager includes a nice computer algebra system, a versatile graphing engine, an effective geometry package capable of creating animations, a statistical package, a financial package, and a spreadsheet package. It has a utility that creates eActivities. E-Activities bring out the power of Classpad Manager to its maximum. It is a way of using all mathematics tools built into Classpad to create a dynamic and live document. These documents are very useful and effective in classroom presentation. In this hands-on workshop participants will create an eActivity using many of the ClassPad tools, learning many useful feature of the software at the same time.
